If you’ve been following my etsy shop or my facebook page, you will have noticed the new line of owl jewelry that I have out! I was really excited to come up with these designs. I’ve been thinking about making owl designs for at least a couple years!
Since I have also been wanting to work on more tutorials, I was thrilled to also make a tutorial for these adorable designs! I debuted the jewelry a couple months ago, and finally put the finishing touches on the tutorial today.
So without further ado, here is my tutorial for four different owl designs! Plus, each design comes with instructions on how to make multiple sizes! Currently is is available in my etsy shop. Soon I will also have it available on Meylah and elsewhere.
This free tutorial has been moved. Click here to view the instructions at my new blog, and don’t forget to subscribe to my new blog!
Ah, the classic, beautiful rose. When anyone would ask me when I was a kid what my favorite flower was, I’d always say rose. I don’t know why, exactly. Perhaps because my favorite color was red, and the classic rose was red. Anyway, I still love roses! Thankfully it’s fairly simple to re-create my favorite flower with a strip of paper, a quilling tool, and some glue. And today I’m going to share a tutorial showing how I make them!
One thing you can do with your roses is turn them into gorgeous earrings!
Now you can make your own paper quilled butterfly earrings!
I wrote a guest post again for Red Ted Art sharing a tutorial for making my small butterflies. I designed this cute pattern myself. I usually use them for earrings and hairclips, but they can also be used for greeting cards, gift tags, frames, magnets, and more. Anywhere you want a cute little butterfly accent! Click here or on the photo above to be taken to the tutorial.
I also have a larger and more detailed tutorial with all three of my butterfly patterns – small, medium, and large as seen below. This tutorial is for sale in my etsy shop and also includes detailed directions on how to make them water resistant, and turn them into hairclips, earrings, pendants, and more!
I also have more tutorials in the works!!
